Email asking for permission

For our music video, we choose the song 'Heartbeat' by Childish gambino. In order to avoid copyright issue we required permisson from the record label to use the song. With research i found that Childish Gambino belonged to the independent record label Glass Note Records through checking their artist roster.

In order to aquire permission to use this song I looked on the record labels website and found a contact email which specialised in permitting the use of their artists songs.
